Consciousness: the nano musician (First Part) ⇒ Kirno Sohochari

Nisargadatta Maharaj, an Indian spiritual master formally liked to address his entire beingness is consciousness; in addition, the moody master never forget to remind his disciples that his beingness doesn’t mean consciousness is a priori or it comes along with his beingness; rather his beingness is means of a reflection of his endless beingness in awareness. The janitor of Indian non-dual aphorisms amassed his soul to the lucid infusions and that is, —his beingness is real and alive when he himself is being alive in consciousness, if consciousness goes there becomes nothing to define his beingness real and alive. Awareness is the lone ‘becoming’ that could have existed after the end of consciousness, to operate the unconscious ‘becoming’ of his beingness.

… The nano ticks musician has already developed artificial brain (Nano Brain), and now he moves faster to develop the tiniest nano chip that can enter the protein bonded shield to talk with the bad neuron cells (which is responsible for many diseases). The mission of his nano chips is motivational. They will enter into the protein bonded shield not to destroy the bad cells, instead, they will motivate them to act good-like for sake of life.
… … …

Perplexing, but the Indian master discovered his ‘I amness’ in and beyond the consciousness. When he puffed the cigarette in front of his disciples and talked to them with his fleeting and robust voice, his beingness reflected a real man who is conscious in that moment to describe and explain the meaning of consciousness. He looked dual with puffing cigarette despite the strident public nuisance in the outside. This was the reality where he lived once and this was Mumbai in those days when the non-dual preceptor was alive in his atomic-shell to debunk the dualism of beingness in the reality paradigm. He has driven his mind to describe the reality of beingness as an afterward event of consciousness, and explained consciousness namely the reflexion of a beginningless primordial awareness:

‘Awareness is primordial; it is the original state, beginning-less, endless, uncaused, unsupported, without parts, without change. Consciousness is on contact, a reflection against a surface, a state of duality… Awareness is absolute, consciousness is relative to its content; consciousness is always of something… In reality, there is only consciousness. All life is conscious, all consciousness alive… the world hangs on the thread of consciousness, no consciousness, no world.

Maharaja’s stance and annexation to deal with ‘Reality Problem’ in light of conscious beingness are no doubt impressive. His ramification of primordial awareness and reflexive consciousness, the sagacious intellection on consciousness based reality an integral and inherent part of awareness, and the self-approbation to discover his beingness in a deep non-dual reality, —all of these are precious cognac, certainly delicate to sip the ‘beingness problem’ along with some ticklish twitters

… He called it the universal music and keep on his faith to the scientific experimentation that the entire universe is operating itself according to the clock inside the clock inside the clock, in where the immense universe-builder energy strings are singing by carrying inside a clock in their infinitesimal existence. In his narrative, it is consciousness, the real beingness of all living things which we named beingness.
… … …

The Indian spiritual master was a real twitter who correctly identified that his apparent twoness state is false, an imagination (Kalpana) of his mind; actually, his beingness in the living reality is non-dual and everything in this reality is non-dual as well. His ‘I amness’ influenced him to make a division between the visible and invisible reality, in where the visible reality is the undisputed part of invisible reality. The invisible reality is awareness and visible reality is the reflexive pronunciation of that self-automaton.

A Nisargadatta Maharaja is just being there like as myriad things. He is the snapshot of awareness reality-state who imagines himself separate because of the self-driven consciousness of his mind. Awareness itself is the real consciousness and rest of everything is perceptions, a mirage of human’s cognitive mind. Therefore, Nisargadatta is belonged in the oneness state with his nicotine puffer to teach his disciples about the mystery of beingness.

The Indian master no doubt is grandeur in his non-dual beingness. Despite this, his cognitive muse is actually the repercussion of his brain frequency. His substantial locutions are the algorithm of a man whose brain-neuron provoked him to search what is remaining inside in his magical beingness in the reality. If we remember Julian Jaynes, the bicameral searcher of consciousness, he probably considered Maharaja’s intellection of reality as ‘metaphrand’ and ‘metaphier’. Metaphrand described beingness in light of metaphorical words whereas metaphier elucidate the meaning of beingness by applying another set of logical metaphors.

Consciousness is the game-matrix of metaphrands and metaphiers. The recognition of beingness is consciousness and that recognition is metaphrand where a person described it as everything to understand the reality where he exists. Conversely, the consciousness of his beingness could appear to him ‘nothing’ when he tried to explain it by the sets of logical metaphors.

Az quotes: Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

… Consciousness is something like excerption of things, an imaginable and explainable pattern of reality, which has its own cultural ambiance and which is somehow relative to the biological evolution but not evolved completely depended on it. Maybe it is happening inside the right and left hemisphere of brain chamber, has crossed a long bicameral path before coming to the recent stage.
… … …

Nisargadatta Maharaja metaphorized consciousness ‘… the reflection of awareness in the matter’ and Julian Jaynes metaphorized it as ‘fundamental property of all living things’. Both of them metaphorized consciousness a material reflection of never-ending reality. What is the difference then? The difference is that Maharaja’s metaphor is eager to engrave consciousness in the altar of endless awareness automata and Julian Jaynes liked metaphorized consciousness a later upshot, it came along with linguistic development and when God stopped speaking to guide humans and stopped playing the consciousness-driver role on behalf of humans. Consciousness is not a physical object, rather an accumulation of metaphrands and metaphiers in our brain circuit.

Language is the hidden player. It insisted a person to act consciously. Consciousness is not necessary for the beingness of life in the reality; moreover, a civilization is possible without any existence of consciousness, but established the relative channel between perception and imagination of observable things is perhaps not possible until a person defined his status with consciousness. Jaynes tried to clear this fact in his profound narration:

‘It is (consciousness) not involved in the performance of skills and often hinders their execution. It need not be involved in speaking, writing, listening, or reading. It does not copy down experience, as most people think. Consciousness is not at all involved in signal learning, and need not be involved in the learning of skills or solutions, which can go on without any consciousness whatever. It is not necessary for making judgments or in simple thinking. It is not the seat of reason, and indeed some of the most difficult instances of creative reasoning go on without any attending consciousness. And it has no location except an imaginary one!’

Consciousness is something like excerption of things, an imaginable and explainable pattern of reality, which has its own cultural ambiance and which is somehow relative to the biological evolution but not evolved completely depended on it. Maybe it is happening inside the right and left hemisphere of brain chamber, has crossed a long bicameral path before coming to the recent stage. Concisely consciousness could be according Jaynes’ narration:

‘We have said that consciousness is an operation rather than a thing, a repository, or a function. It operates by way of analogy, by way of constructing an analog space with an analog ‘I’ that can observe that space, and move metaphorically in it. It operates on any reactivity, excerpts relevant aspects, narratizes and conciliates them together in a metaphorical space where such meanings can be manipulated like things in space. Conscious mind is a spatial analog of the world and mental acts are analogs of bodily acts. Consciousness operates only on objectively observable things. Or, to say it another way with echoes of John Locke, there is nothing in consciousness that is not an analog of something that was in behavior first… For if consciousness is based on language, then it follows that it is of a much more recent origin than has heretofore been supposed. Consciousness comes after language! The implications of such a position are extremely serious.’

Julian’s searching is profound, lucidly provoking, and adjacent with scientific exploration to deal the complicated issues in human’s brain surface and socialization of his culture. Despite this, his enticing grand narrative is equally inquisitive and mind baffling due to its contradictory tendency of channeling the mystical paranormal experiences with the scientific outcome. His scientific notion tried to philosophize the problem of consciousness in the ampoules of brain chamber where Godlike space existed in the right hemisphere to determine human’s perception about the reality, which at later gradually fall down because of the advancement of intelligence in human left hemisphere.

The conscious beingness of humans started when his left hemisphere (the lingual center) started firing immense neurons to dig out what is gonna behind the universe and inside the human biology. He tried hard to discuss every detail of human consciousness in light of the anthropic history of human culture and later its later reaction to humans. Anyway, the modern scientific invention is more pragmatic than the previous time, especially after the emergence of artificial intelligence and nanotechnology.

Dr. Anirban Bandyopadhyay, the mid-age young Bengal is among the many who tried to deal the beingness and consciousness problem by access inside the human brain surface. Better said, the nanoscientist tried to enter inside the single brain cell to hear the jingle of cells, to understand their chatting and communication patterns inside the protein bonded shell. He called it the universal music and keep on his faith to the scientific experimentation that the entire universe is operating itself according to the clock inside the clock inside the clock, in where the immense universe-builder energy strings are singing by carrying inside a clock in their infinitesimal existence. In his narrative, it is consciousness, the real beingness of all living things which we named beingness

Dr. Anirban is now sunken himself in the laboratory to catch the musical vibrancy in frequency level of a neuron cell. He tried to hear the clock ticks, for to understand the rhythm, for to hear the ticktock that, —how the entire brain biology works at a micro level to generate and operate human-like existence. In our next chapter, we will travel along with Anirban to hear the music in nano level. The first ticks of consciousness maybe started over there at once, to start everything where we are living now.
